Hi antonio77,

If you have two approved I-140s in two categories and one pending 485 you can take advantage of priority date. You may not need this stuff.

Lots of EB-1 and EB-2 folks understand what I mean.

Thanks buddy. I know today is a beautifuly day. we will take vacation this summer for sure.

I have few questions for you:
- Did you get any acknowledgment form USCIS when you interfiled your I140 with pending 1485? How did you know that they successfully interfiled your EB1a application?
- How much time did it take to get new PD from interfiled I140 applied to pending 485 and approve it?

Congrat!

We are in the same boat. I got approval for my I-485 2 weeks ago and got my Green Card last Friday. However, I am still waiting for the approval for my spouse I-485...
