hello everybody,

Hi to all i am new here. i dont know how i can start i really like all the topics here. and everybody they can response quickly. i just wonder my situation some of here are the same of mine my story is like this.

i am married to u.s citizen and i got my citizenship this month and i have relatives here. my mother was entered as tourist visa she got i94 which is normally gave when you got in u.s due to my relatives she just stay over there. my mother enter if didnt mistake she just enter between 2000 or 2001 now since i know its been long time days and months. i am planning to petition her to get her GC. but i dont know how i can start now this are my questions.

1. since i am her daughter can filed her for petition and how long it should be?

2. she must go back in our country how long she provably come back if she needed or still stay here until the papers came.

3. or should i need lawyer for this situation.

what supposed to be i can keep good advice to my mother, or my relatives hope someone else can help me and i will really appreciated in my whole heart.

File an I-130 and I-485 for her. She should not apply for AP, and should not leave the US under any circumstances until the GC arrives.

i got mistake

i found out my mother entered 2002. not 2001 feb 2002 what should i do?
