Dear Old timers:

I have been thinking about how to enforce or atleast tell the USCIS TSC that "They are not processing based on FIFO basis".

I just found a simple way to write an email to Ombudsman as he told about this in his conference call -

I just have a idea - we will collectively write a single email with Names , received date, priority date and tell him that TSC is not at all processing FIFO basis. I think our signature from this forum is enough for the details.

We will write the reasons like , we will be affected by the retrogession , multiple EADs , new folks are getting approved etc.

If you reply to thread with your signature ( all dates clearly in this following format)

I will compile a email and copy paste all signatures and reply this thread tonight. Once you folks review it, we can send the email by tomorrow.

We have only 15 days to act before Oct bulletin ( though my case would still be current).
