? on immigration status/means of last entry

Filing I765, not sure what to fill for the immigration status and means of last entry. I was H1B until 3/2006, but I entered US last time in 5/2005 using Advanced Parole (AP). Should I put in "Parolee" for both? or ??? I thought my immigration status should be AOS, but there is no such a choice.

Help, I need to file this asap, Thank you!!

Your status should be "AOS applicant". Paroled basically means "you never left and thus never re-entered".

Thanks, TripleCitizen. That's what I thought AOS, but there is no such a choice in the E-filing form. It only have the following choice:
DA: Advanced Parole (District Auth)
CP: Parolee (Public Int/HQ auth)
Which one is more relevant?

If your AP was issued by a local office, DA. If issued by a Service Center, CP.
