Is there anyone around Nov 4th who are waiting for 140 or got approved. My ND is 11/04/03. I tried to scan cases around that date, but only very few cases came for I140.
 
Looks like scanner stopped working.. :( It's not finding the correct page.
I think the on-line status tool has been changed by BCIS and the URL of the page is now different.

Anybody else is running into the same problem or is it just me?
 
NEW SCANNER IS AVAIALBLE NOW IN THE I-140 SCANNER THREAD WITH UPDATED URL's IN THE CODE .. modified by jambalakadi..

FP Notice

I got my finger print notice last night as well. Appointment is for 5/20.

My I-140 ND is 10/01 so the number should be LIN040015XXXX.
One of the first few cases of fiscal year 04. Hopefully, they are working on my case as I write.
 
I guess getting FP notices out of the blue in the past month for most of them including me , my two cents is that it makes the apllication "ready" for future adjudication. This is most minimum thing which is required to go forward and keep it in the shelves of "ready for processing" - at what point of time thay will start picking up cases that are ready is a million $$$ question.
