October Filer

I have not got my finger prints yet. I live in NJ. Does anybody have an idea as to how much it will take to get finger prints? Is there anyone else who has also filed in october, 2003 and not got the finger prints yet?

I Live in NJ wqur, i got my FP done on may 8th. MY RD 10/21/03.

Your I-140 date is exactly same as me and I have done my FP on 21st May in Virginia.

Now I am getting concerned as to why our finger prints have not come yet.... All this while I was thinking, because we r living in NJ, So we did not get the fingerprints. Is there anyway I cud know as to why the finger prints have not come ?? Also does the category filed i.e; EB3 makes a difference ??

I485 RD Nov 21 2003

I havent received FP notices yet.
I just had a request sent by my attorney.
