MY ND is 10/24/2002

Type: EB3.

EAD/AP : Jan 2003.
FP: 11/30/2002

Hopefully, expecting approval sometime next year...
 
finally, I found all Oct filers.

here is my info:
RD: 09/28/03
ND: 10/08/03

FP:... This is confusing... I haven't got any FP notice from INS. Should I go directly to local BCIS. How? I don't want to get RFE just because of FP.

I saw lots of ppl around my EAC number, which have not done their FP too. However, no one seems to complain about that in this website. I saw some applicants around Oct 1st- Oct 8, 02
My I140 was approved back Apr 03.

Any suggestion?

Unbelievable that you guys did not get FP yet. Did you call BCIS and asked why was the delay ? Most of the people with October and November RD, have got their FP done within two months. My RD is 10/25 and i got my FP done in January

I have applied for EAD renewal for me and my wife thru e-filling. It’s very easy…. After applying for EAD thru online, call BCIS and take appointment to give digital photo, signature and finger print…. simple thing to do…

Yeap, that's the truth, I called up BCIS couple times, but they jsut said "WAIT". I saw some numbers before and after me and they all didn't say anything about FP. I assume they have not gotten the notice either.

Guys, I am in the same boat. I have not received any FP notice till today. I applied for my 2nd EAD on July 24th. Waiting on that at this time.

I have followed up with BCIS through my attny. She send a letter times requesting FP notices for me and my wife... but to no avail. I guess BCIS does not even open there letters... Also called them couple times... same shitty message... 'Its taking 18-24 months for this type of cases.... pls wait.' As if I don't know that!

2nd EAD I did E-Filing. Pretty simple. I went for the biografics... they took some fingerprinting. Still waiting for the approval and the card.

Quick Question to all:
Online status and telephone status say but still review pending. When contacted BCSIS says its FP review complete on Jan 2003 .Weird any body . Processing has resume on Wife's case Anybody in similar situation with FP ?

I am in same situation. FP in 01/2003, my wife's reflected that in a week. Mine still says it is taking between . . .

Filing for EAD/AP renewal now.
 
has anyone changed jobs using AC21?

Has anyone changed jobs after 6 months of 485. If yes, can you pelase tell me would it affect the Green card processing?
 
Finger Print

I got my finger print notice after 385 days of my I-485 application. It was surprising that I have to do it in a Law Enforcement office rather than in a Local office. Anybody knows any changes in BCIS policies... I wonder if I do it in Law Enforcement it will delay the process of sending to FBI. I guess if it in a BCIS office it will be transmitted immediately.

Fingerprinting done back in Dec 2002. I guess it is coming close to the 2nd fingerprinting.

My Wife applied in March 03, have not gotten FP notice yet.

Does anyone know if our applications will be approved together or her later than mine?

I have heard few of October RD have got their approvals. So I guess its time for us to see if anyone is lucky enough tog et so fast :)
