Based on your December 3rd mail somebody (Nov140sagc)got approved in just 9 days. Is it really true?
Well my ND is November 5th. Any body who has ND in the first week of Nov have any news rather than "it will take 150 days to 240 days"....
Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

I140 cleared

My spouse\'s I140 was cleared today on dec 4th from VSC.

RD: Don\'t know. probably Oct 20th.
ND : Nov 6th
AD : Dec 4th

EB2 (BS + 5 years)

AD : 12/3/2001

APPROVED ---- FINALLY

Heard the sweet voice on the AVM that my I-140 RD 9/25 , ND 10/02 has been approved today 12/06. I have opted for CP in New Delhi. All the best to everyone who is still waiting. This board has been extremely useful. I guess I will now move on to the next board. How do I check if and when my file reaches NVC? Also, waht\'s the next board to monitor progress for CP? Thanks all.

My I-140 was approved today 12/6 as per AVM. Case details:

Category: EB1-EA
Service Center: VSC
RD: 10/5/01
ND: 10/16/01
AD: 12/6/01
Opted for CP in Chennai but am apprehensive and might change my mind.

I had just filed yesterday for AOS using EB1-OR I-140 that was approved earlier (in mid Oct)!

Typical mail processing times

Hi folks,
Can someone tell me what their times taken in mailing/processing
are. My 140 application was mailed from the lawyer on Oct 12, and
the receipt was received by mail Nov 14, however they would not
give me the RD, ND, and receipt etc as employer does\'nt want us
calling VSC.

I am trying to get an approximate feel for where my ND, RD etc are.

It is very bad that your case still not approved. Did you check AVM lately? You should get approved by this time. All most all of the petitions are approved for Oct month.

Hi Visa2000,
              My EAC# number is 02-022-XXXXX. It is still not approved. I always get the standard message on AVM.
