RD 09/05/02
ND 09/12/02
RFE 06/25/04
Lin-02-XXXXXXXX
I got RFE on 06/25/04 about Emp letter & for my wife they are asking abt proof Res & Joint Accs .One MOnth back i changed Address from MO to Indiana and working for NewEmployer from May 04.
The Officer is asking :
1. The record indicates that you have moved to Indiana and it is not clear if you are still working for X .Therefore,Provide Name & Location of your current employer ,Including the dtae you began empl with ORG.
If I change Employer According to AC21 my Previous Emp History & G-325A I need to provide Empl History to INS
1.All four years W2s and tax statements
2.All Pay stubs and cancelled checks (both sides)
3.New Employer Letter
The Problem is I have Less Salary on my W2s
1. Working for A Company Salary on LC : X
LC approved in May 02
I140 approved July 02
I 485 Applied Sept 02
Wages
------
Came frm India in the Month May 00
2000 W2 - X-19 ( Joined A Cmpy in Nov 00)
2001 W2 - X
2002 W2 - X-29
2003 W2 - X-12
Now I am getting X + 13 But B Cmpy Can Give Letter for X.
Joined in B Company in May 04 Not informed to INS about Changing Employer & not informed to A Cmpy also .So what I have to do Pl help.
Couple of months i was on Bench with out Pay ,I am worried about my Previous Emp History .
Please Gurus Put valuable Suggestions!!!

Passports Stamped
We got our passports stamped yesterday in Minneapolis. Reached the local office around 10.00 AM. The queue was not long (about 22 numbers ahead of us). We approached the counter at around 12.45 PM.
It was a quick 3 minute process (for two applicants). They did not ask for any other document other than the approval letter, I -94 card (from the passport) and the photographs. We still have our AP letters and the EAD cards.
Good luck to all of you.

My RD is 01-Nov-02 and still pending
RD - 01-Nov-02, ND - 21-Nov-02.
Still pening. Sameday my colleague applied. His case was approved during May'04 end. I moved to Ohio from Nebraska. My friend is still at the same address. Is that a reason, he got approved fast?
Also my FP was done on 14-Jan-03. Do I need to go for second FP before 485 approval?

One would be better served by signing up for the e-mail update since the system works in most cases if not all. The original of the FP notice, RFE notice as well as the approval notices were sent to the attorneys processing the case. We did receive courtesy copies from the INS of the approval notice.
Since you are the customer (not a representative) you are entitiled to receive a "duplicate" copy in case you do not receive the notice in the first place (especially since you now not represented by your attorney).

My online status changed to the following
" On August 5, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed."
I am not sure what the additional evidence or information is about.. wondering if this is RFE.
By the way.. I applied as EB3 and changed my job 1.5 years after applying for 485.. moved from chicago to Massachussets.
Hope its a normal thing!!
