Some Good news but not closed yet. I sent a Fax requesting to approve my case on May 6th, May 9th they sent a Finger PRint NOTICE to me and my wife. FP on May 24th. LUD is changed! to May 26th 2005 after a year and 3 months. But no message changes. Waiting till today. Planning to send another Fax again this week Wednesday.
I think sending Fax to USCIS is working for long pending case.
