Same here
Got e-mails for RFE from USCIS. RFE sent for primary ( me ) and kids. No RFE for spouse yet. Will post details when I get them.
Some stats:
RFE generated :
on 573rd day
within a week of registering with USCIS
within 10 days after 15 months of FP1 ( though no FP2 yet)
AR 11 done 2.5 months ago.

Message says that fingerprint has been completed in Jul 2003 and processing has resumed. It has been like this for almost 8 months now. Dont know what it means as my FP was done in Dec 2002 ????
Does it mean my name check is complete ?

I completed my finger print on 1/23/02. The status was updated on 8/28/03 to say that ".... On JUly 9 we received the results of the finger prints ...."
This was when we moved and I called in a change of address.
Am waiting for a FP2 notice and / or an RFE (and / or an approval - yeah! right!)

Actually you are right. This seems to be a standard message whenever anyone moves. Which means it has nothing to do with name check complete. How does one find out if the namecheck is completed and our cases are adjudication ready ???
2nd FP
I received 2nd FP notice today, however, the online message
still remains unchanged from Day 1. The 2nd FP is scheduled
on June 26, 2004.

Recently applied 3rd EAD and 3rd AP with ND of 04/05/2004, waiting
for approval.
I've not changed employer since day 1 and no address update filed.
Question for gurus: I got married 13 months after I-485
and have not filed my wife's case yet, the files are all completed
and is with the lawyer and ready to file immediately. My concern is
that will the filing of my wife's case trigger a local transfer of my case?
How likely?

Prior to 05/28 the status was unchanged since day 1 and it was " We received your application on 17 Oct 2002 ....and it takes 570-600 days"
Any suggestions or ideas on what the new status means

Message on USCIS:
Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on November 13, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
