What we know
As of now we know the october 2006 bulletin will be released at
http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3032.html. The
content has not been made available though. Also the recorded
message is for the august 06 bulletin as suggested by dan 19.
All other information is purely speculation.
SO it gonna be any minute now.

Heavy traffic
Folks,
might i suggest we not bombard the visa bulletin site. i am sure
everybody is anxious as am i. but it appears that the immigrationportal
immigrationvoice and not to mention the visa bulletin site are all
swamped. i may be wrong but i think they are ill-equipped to handle the
traffic we are generating today. maybe we can try to do some regularized
way of polling for updates. maybe some senior member would check and
keep us posted here.
just a thought.
