daily i check the AVM.The ans: is negative.
i am frustated

Still the same old freekin message...
Hope we hear today or tomorrow.. I radomly checked some numbers
the numbers after us got approved..

Still the old message. The IO told me my case has been assigned to an officer. I probably will hear something within 30 days. they are working on Oct 3, 01 case right now. Looks like they areapproving the case randomly since some case in the same period of time has been approved.

Is processing time different for EB2 and EB3..?

Iam about to file my I140 next week. I wanted to know if processing times for EB2 and EB3 are same .
Mine is EB3

PS: There may also be a diff. of about a week between EB2 and EB3...[just guessing!!]

I have not seen much discussions from people who applied in November. Looks like there are very few who applied for I-140 in november at NSC. I hope things move fast, and I am expecting my I-140 to be cleared by 2nd week of Jan.
