November - Visa Revalidation Tracking

krs100200->28th Nov---->xxxxxxxx----->XXXX------> Pending

Somehow, St. Louis date is changed to 8th Nov. Correct date is 28th Nov. I don't know the status at DC.
 
Comprehensive employer letter??

Hi All,

I've been a silent viewer of this forum. Me and my husband sent our passport to St.Louis for revalidation on 26-Nov. We have sent it in two different covers like two different cases( both of us have H1s). Today my husband has recd. a 221 g stating that the application form is not in his name (duplicate of your wife). I am sure we sent the proper application with the corresponding passports. Also, one more reason they have stated is they need a more comprehensive letter from the employer. My husband's employer letter states his name, hire date, Position, Salary,whether Full time or Part time. What else do these people need to process the application?

Folks whose application has been processed, please help.. Please give the format of your employer letter. I would appreciate your immediate help.

Hi SSampy,

THe employment letter (on employer's official letter head) should have a brief description (4-5 lines) of your current responsibilities at work. This is clearly mentioned on the web site. I don't have a sample letter handy. It should also include current salary, hire date, type of position, designation etc. To be personally signed by a HR representative.

Forgot to mention to include multiple entry in the letter.

Can you update if you have any about the PrintQ... As per professional his was approved on 20th and was enrouted on25th which means its taking 3 business days...

What do you guys think about this...

I called them yesterday and my SL date : 11/24/03 and DC date: 12/12/04.

She told it takes 5-7 days from Approval date to dispatch the PP
and she refused to give the Approval date

i called today and lady in the dc office told me that my pp has been dispatched on 25th feb .does any one have any idea about fedex pic up services.

Got it after 3 mos, but with spelling mistake

SL Date - 11/14
DC date - dont know
Issue Date - 02/24
UPS pickup - 02/25 at 6:30 P.M(2nd Day Air)
PP received - 02/26

But unfortunately, there is a spelling mistake in the last name printed in the visa. I have to resend it again. I dont remember if i have the copy of the forms that i sent.
Do they compare both the old and new forms for information?
