Hi All,
I've been a silent viewer of this forum. Me and my husband sent our passport to St.Louis for revalidation on 26-Nov. We have sent it in two different covers like two different cases( both of us have H1s). Today my husband has recd. a 221 g stating that the application form is not in his name (duplicate of your wife). I am sure we sent the proper application with the corresponding passports. Also, one more reason they have stated is they need a more comprehensive letter from the employer. My husband's employer letter states his name, hire date, Position, Salary, whether Full time or Part time. What else do these people need to process the application?
Folks whose application has been processed, please help.. Please give the format of your employer letter. I would appreciate your immediate help.
Thanks,
ssampy.
Also, please add both our cases to the tracker
