BTW, I heard if you receive your FP notice, you better disregard the apointment date, instead, you shall go directly to the local office to get the FP done asap. This might expedite your case.

EADs are approved for both spouse and me on 10/14/2004. We applied for our EAD2 on Aug 12th by e-file.

I didn't see any Nov approvals in the past 2 months. Just wondering if USCIS will start Nov processing before the retrogression starts or not. I think all oct cases were assigned to officers as we saw approvals from Oct 29th also.

Hope and pray that they will take up Nov and Dec cases in this december.
This is really frustrating.

I’m also desperately waiting to hear some Nov'03 approvals. Looks like USCIS has made me in a stand still position. This sucks man.......waiting for I-140 at least...
 
Just came back from Thanksgiving vacation. It was such a disppointment to check USCIS case status website. My bubble of hope was broken again. My case has been sitting in 11/25/03 and haven't been touched yet. It seems like mission impossible for me to get 140 approved this year.

Lets not loose hopes. I'm sure that they should get to November cases before PD retrogression. As we have seen OCT 29th cases are getting approved.

We should see much more activities from now till christmas.. This is what happenned last year.

My I-140 RD is OCT 7 2003 and I-485 RD is NOV 21 2003 and I havent seen anything significant in my case. I hope your are right.

You are pretty close to the dates where they are approving cases now.

All the best to you. Are you EB2?.

I see EB2 cases are not getting approved at the same pace as EB3 cases.

the rd for this case is 09/08/2003 which is pretty normal for NSC right now they are approving sept and oct 2003 cases.

the rd you are looking at is the 485 RD. For concurrent filed cases with a gap like a month or so you have to look at the RD of 140 not nov 2003. they are suppose to follow dates for 140 for concurrent processing.

Nov 28 still waiting

11/28/03 concurrent EB3 filer still awaiting 140/485 approvals. Hoping to see some progress soon ... hanging in there.
 
LUD Change on I-140 and I-485

Did any one from Nov 03 noticed LUD change on their I-140 and I-485.

My spouse I-485 changed from 11/08 - 11/-15 daily and then stopped ...
No change on my I-485 ???
Now yesterday and today my I-140 LUD changed .....
 
My I-140 LUD changed yesterday. Iam holding my breath.
Lets see what happens.

Gurus,

I recieved emails from USCIS today saying that they approved my 2nd EAD. I was expecting them to be 140 approvals.

My ND is 5th Nov 03. I don't know why they approved my 2nd EAD when they could have approved my 140/485.

My question is, Does EAD approvals go through same people/department that approve 140/485 cases?. Or is there a seperate department for EAD approvals?.

Please help guys!!.
