I remember your MD is in November. Do you mean your MD is 11/23 ?. Or you quoting them from INS receipts RD: 01/23 and ND: 01/31 ?. (Some times event hough INS received them long back still they give RD as different). Please clarify.

Received Receipt : Jan 31.2003
Receipt details:
Received date : nov 20 2002
Notice date : jan23.2003
Priority date : left blank
 
Now your earlier posting makes sense, you meant you received it on 1/31.

Update.

Hi All,
I checked by bank account and our checks( me and my spouse) for I-485/EAD/AP fees got cleared on 1/31/03. So I am hoping that my lawyer will receive the receipts sometime this week.

Hi Sanga,
My company is not very big. Revenues are about a million dollors.
4 years old company. showing profits every year. employees are around 10 to 15 , that I know of.

mine is almost similar to yours, nevertheless I was told turnover is $4M and do not know about profit.
