EAD approved

EAD for my wife is approved on 2/6/03 and is showed up on online system today.

You need to know your EAC case numbers. Each one of your applications will have separate EAC#, which you need to get from your lawyer once VSC issues Receipts.

Here is the link to Online Status. Need to use your EAC number w/o hyphens(-).

Dear All,

Received finger print notice for me & wife which is scheduled on 03/07/03, Have a dump question. My daughter is 6 years old, Is finger print necessary for her, because I have not received any notice for her....

I haven't seen any EAD/AP approvals lately. Please take a minute and update any EAD approval info for January NDs. This list is composed out of Nov/Dec RDs and is listed by ND. Most of you guys are not reporting to TrackINS , else we need not to maintain this !!.

Sanga,

lc_sub in instracker and gcinfo1971 in this site are same.[ EAD is approved on 2/6 which I posted in this site].
So please track gcinfo1971 only. Sorry for the confusion.

I know...!!. What else we can do except losing mind w/ this freaking wait every where :mad: :eek:

I don't understand what the heck VSC meant by they are current on EADs. It would be interesting to see what they will say when they update processing dates this month around 15th :confused:

EAD and AP approved for me and my wife

I was quite taken back by surprise when i checked the online status today and found that EAD and AP for both my wife and me have been approved . It was fast!

My I-140 was already approved ,when i submitted my 485, AP and EAD applications

RD :12/20/02
ND : 01/23/03

EAD approved for me on 02/12
EAD approved for my wife on 02/07 (Ladies first ??)
AP approved for both on 02/12

FP scheduled for 02/25.

Please help with I-485 rejection....

Hi All,
I have mailed I-140/I-485/EAD/AP all at once for me and my wife on Dec 20th 2002 and till now I haven't received my I-485 receipt, FP notice and my wife's Advance Parole receipt.

I was getting concerned and I checked the Online status and it says that My application for I-485 was rejected as improperly filed and was mailed back for correction. The specific reasons are explained in detail on the rejection notice mailed with the case. You can refile this case, after you have corrected the problems.

My lawyer has received all other receipts ( my wifes I-485 receipt and FP notice, EAD receipts of both, my AP recipt and my I-140 receipt ) and he has not received my I-485 application back.

I would like to know that, once we correct the problems which INS has mentioned and refile the application,

1. Will my Receipt and Notice date will change ? Rightnow, my receipt date is 12/24/2002 and Notice Date is 01/27/2003.

2. If my I-485 application is rejected, how come INS has cashed my Check for $255( Towards Processing Fees) ? My check was cashed on 12/31/02.

3. Since they have sent back my I-485 application for corrections, what happens to my EAD and AP applications ? Will they will be in Hold status or what ? And will my wife's (I-485, EAD and AP) have any delays because of my I-485 error.

Thanks in advance for addressing my concerns.

AP approved for my children

AP has been approved for my son and daughter today. My wife's AP and my EAD were approved earlier last week.
