Not Recieved BEC Letters For SFO CA Cases

Can someone tell me what these P04321 numbers are? My case
applied in EB2, July 2001 got sent back to state in April of 2003.
The only information I have about my case is some P2002-CA-095**** number.

State Labor Certification

Hi guys,

I do not where to post this thread. My wife has applied for green card and I'm on H4. Her labor cert was received by the state on Aug 2004. Does this means that we will have to wait for another year or 2 before we will see it going to the region. Pls advice and email me. I'm new at this. I'm waiting for the EAD so that I can get a job. I'm currently jobless now.

If you can work with your Attorney and Employer , there is nothing wrong in sending an preemptive letter stating that intrested in continue to process LC .
to BEC center with your old case nO,Employer,Employee Name and New case no. to Philly center Address where your case must be residing.

I sent email to status@dal.dflc.us with my First name , last name and company name and i got the response in 3 days.

The new case number is: T-05011-XXXXX

So far i have been seeing only Case numbers that started with either P or D, what the heck this T is all about.

Anyway, i have sent it to my lawyer, they are a lazy goose, they wont talk directly to me, bullshit. It has got to come thru my company. So anyway, if you guys know, help me out.

Some day, we will get a fish when we are not hungry.

T- stands for Temporary and still processing in Data entry stage.
Will change later to D or P depending on where the physical case is with Dallas or Philly
 
No 45-Day Letter yet

I have not received the 45-day letter yet - starting to get worried.... :confused:

Hi,

I see that people having DOL RD for July 2003 and even later have received 45-day letter but I have not received it yet.

How did you guys get the new case number information?

Hah!...

Finally after a long waiting, I saw the 45-day letter last 24th.

I have great lawyers, who are taking more than a week to respond 'continue'. Hopefully they respond by this week end.
