Not Recieved BEC Letters For SFO CA Cases

I would like to start a new thread for not recieved cases for SFO
Easy to know whether realy Bec centre has recieved cases for Post May 2003 (RIR) and OCT 03 (non-RIR) cases.

Understood that the AVM info is not updated as per Attorney.

"Applications with regional office dates of July 2003 to September 2004 are
being sent to the backlog processing center. Most likely, your application
will remain at the regional office for processing. Should we receive
notification of otherwise, we will be in contact."

I did not receive my 45 day letter yet.

EB2/RIR from SFO

Not received any 45 days letter yet. I was told that only EB3 cases are sent to BEC. What is SFO Office doing with the rest of the applications. They are in March 03 for almost 3 months, and not moved a month. This is really frustrating.

Good to see this , some hopes for May 2003 and later months.
What was your PD? and from which BEC center you recd the letter.
