Not Recieved BEC Letters For SFO CA Cases

I did sent an email myself and got a response within 2 days. New case # was provided (starting with P), but my question to you, is how do you know that your case is in Dallas? I was thinking P stands for Philly, Dallas BEC maybe can see Philly cases in their system. What do you think?

I had that doubt because of the language used by them in the return letter.

Thought sharing this info Based on tracker / threads/ Attorneys websites.
But you can send an inquiry at Bec by sednig an email with your lastname and firstname and company name to status@dal.dflc.us.
the Bec will respond with an email in 3 days where your case is with a standard compu generated letter.

I heard from my lawyer that they have received the letter today although I haven't got the copy yet.

Hello Friends,
My case went to Philly and my case number is like P-04321-****
Now I can see that The case number generation has nothing to to with respective PD or RD....

My question is : Is philly BEC sending out the 45 day letter in the sequence order. Does that mean I cannot get a 45-day letter until all the cases with P-4320-*** have received the cases ?

Gurus Please advise... I am just trying to see any pattern here

I don't know how they are sending these letters..
My new case number is : P-04294-2****
Experts please adivice should I worry now ...Before my attorney was saying that my case is still in SFO ..then I sent the email and find out my self the new case number ...Now He is saying wait wait & wait ....

My dates are very close to yours. I am still waiting for the letter. According my lawyer she spoke the the officer in Philly
According to the officer the 45 day letters are being sent out in
the order the case is received from the DOL. Once it is confirmed that
processing is to continue, then the case is placed in line based on the
priority date. The current guess in terms of adjudication was that we should
receive a 45 day letter in 3-4 weeks. Based on the priority date, the
case will likely be adjudicated within 6 months

chipman, I have pd and rd similar to you, pd:sept 2002 and rd:aug 25, 2003
CA/SFO RIR I received the BEC letter 2/8/05 from Dallas, hope this helps.

Nop, as of today I have not received the letter..
 
After reading Chipman's reply... Looks like that they are issuing the 45 day letters in the sequence the data was entered. So looks like P04320 will receive the letter before P04321..... Chipman is it correct ?

yes, you are correct. but i saw few exception when i was compiling the list.
