Not Recieved BEC Letters For SFO CA Cases

no letter

my attorney also hesitent.

did any one email to above email-id on their own and get reply. please post. how long does it take (norammly) to get a response

Employer name, Alien's Last and First name.

Has anyone in this group received the 45 day letter for the remanded cases ?

I have not recieved mine either....

Spe 2002 Dol
Remanded June 2003.......no furhter info :mad:


Do anyone know how Remanded cases will be handled?

Frankly, I've been surfing these boards for the past 6 hours now - I should have done this a long time ago - GCs and H1s and all the associated misery does not look so illogical anymore

Attorney got the letter from Dallas BEC today.

Also got reply to my email status inquiry today.... after 9 days
 
No 45Day love letter yet

I have not received any love letter form Phily or Dallas :(

Don't know how long I have to wait for it, although sometime ask myself even if I received it. How long it will take from there.... May be anyone has any idea on that.....any certification from these two centers?

My attorney received the letter on 02/07/2005 from Dallas BEC center.

SFO PD - June 2002
SFO FD - July 2003

Got an email status

I had emailed asking about my case status and got a reply back today.
My case has been sent to Philadelphia.

No 45-day-letter yet.
 
why is philly so slow in sending out california 45 day letters. Dallas is really fast in this case for CA cases. All my colleagues have got the letters from Dallas but no single letter from Philly yet
