how long.

Hello everyone,
bottom line, its all my lawyers fault.
due to the error in her address i didn't recieve my RI's.

so the PBEC closed my case, but today they called my manger
and said they've put it in process AGAIN.

so my question is does anyone know how long it takes
until my get my RI'S again?....or how long it takes after closing then after process?

any insights?

I am now a bit conerned. I am seeing people with priority dates into 2003 non rir and getting approve. WEll mine is non RIR, priority date of 2001 oct. I have yet to receive any kind of recuirtment instructions. My lawyere never responds to my email queries or phone calls. Is there a way my Hr dept can call Dallas baklog and find out the status. More then 5 years now. I got 45 day letter Feb of 2005.
 
TR Process

Hello,

Does the employer need to do a job advert after a job advert is posted for you at the AJB site? I am rather unfamiliar with the whole process, and my lawyer keeps me minmally informed. So, I would appreciate it if somebody could give me an indepth insight into the TR process.

Dallas moved very slowly on the TR cases. The approval one you saw for 2003 Non-RIR is handled by Philly BEC. They started the posting of TR cases several months before Dallas posted its first case on AJB. Also, Dallas BEC has about 13,000 in-process cases more than Philly BEC based on PBECIsKillingMe's tracker. You can start checking the AJB web site to see if your case was posted. There is one forum member with September 2001 PD who reported that the TR case is posted on the AJB. I believe you will get yours soon.

Hi Guys,

I have recently joined this forum and found it very useful. My company sent the TR--> RIR conversion request but haven't received anything back yet? Does anyone else knows about it what is the next process, like getting a confirmation and when can we send the REC. report and how long wil it take after that?

Not sure if we have any such case moved forward in this forum.

Appreciate your help, if someone can provide some infromation.

My recruitment report was filed on the same date. Still says In-Process (see details in my signature). But, it is very clear that the approvals are not coming in any order. So, we have to just keep our fingers crossed and wait :rolleyes:

I chked online Friday 10 am it was InProcess and at noon it changed to Certified!
I called my lawyer to inform him and its EB3.
Hez on vacation this week..skiing in vermont! lucky man!
anyways can't do anything until we rcv the approved papers which he thinks will take a max of 2 weeks.

And to the other poster.. my State is CT.

There was NOF for my job posting in December 2006. My company wont tell anything but what I heard was they were inquiring about the educational qualifications requirements which said the job needs a master's degree.

My question is do you get an NOF only before the recruitment starts or will it be while the job is being posted?

Mine case is MI EB2 (non-rir) from Feb 2002. I have not heard anything since.

Just an update on my case: We are still waiting for the certification papers to arrive. My case was online certified on Feb 1st. So its been 20 days already :(

This whole GC process is turning out to be one wait after another.......
 
Mine was certified on 11th Jan. Not received papers yet.

Isn't resume enough to preve experience?

Friends, since my job requirement only requires the applicant has 'used' some programming languages, databases, etc., no experience needed. And I got a NOF saying we need to have 'measurable terms' about those requirements we put in the 'special requirements' field (Form 750A item 15). My lawyer suggests that I try to find course descriptions for the courses I took in school to prove that I've 'used' them. I do have mentioned that I used some of those skills in my earlier work in my resume. So my question is, do you still need to prove what you said is true in the resume? Like a signed document from your earlier employer saying you did work for them and perform such and such duties?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Is the job on AJB posted by DBEC? Because my company says they have not started any recruitement on my job and dont know anything about the posting on the AJB website.

Does my company have to advertise seperately again for my job in the newspaper?

My labor is from Feb 2002, Non RIR (MI). The job is posted on AJB with educational qualifications saying "less than high school", whereas in reality my labor required a Master's degree. So looks line DBEC screwed up my applications education requirements. I told my lawyer but she says they have not received any RI yet.
