Non-controlled Canadian i-485 RFE no i-94

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out.

I am a Canadian citizen married to a US citizen.
I recently got my green card interview and later received an RFE requesting I supply either a scan of my passport with visa stamps or an i-94.
I have neither as I was waived through at the border.

Has anyone been through the same situation?
Can I provide travel history screen shot from CBP website?
Must I accompany the above with a letter of explanation?

Thanks in advance!

Are you sure that you don't even have an electronic I-94? Any evidence that you presented yourself at a US port of entry should do.

7 USCIS-PM B.2(A)(2) under "Evidence of Admission" says:

When inspected and admitted to the United States, the following nonimmigrants are exempt from the issuance of an Arrival/Departure Record:
• A Canadian citizen admitted as a visitor for business, visitor for pleasure, or who was permitted to directly transit through the United States;

In these situations, an applicant should submit alternate evidence to prove his or her inspection and admission to the United States. This may include a Border Crossing Card, plane tickets evidencing travel to the United States, or other corroborating evidence.

I crossed with the intention of visiting my spouse's family, I later decided that I wanted to apply for a green card. I crossed a land border, so there's no automatic i-94. I was waived through and was never given an i-94. I do have a history of my crossing on the CBP website though.

Many times Canadians who cross by land get an electronic I-94 too. That same website allows you to look up your I-94 too. Did you check?
