My 485 RD is Dec 14th 2001 and ND is Dec 26th 2001. State is NJ. FP notice date is March 27th 2002 and the actual date for the FP appearance is April 30th 2002 at Newark.

jaganm what is the date on the FP notice?

I mean when was FP issued? have u checked ur AVM? what does it say?

However I feel that people have the same ND recieve the FP notice around the same time.

I understand that the actual FP notice has a date which is the RD of your 485.

According to me you shud recv it anytime now if your ND is 12/31.

FP Sent: 3/27/02, Received 04/03/02, FP Scheduled 05/04/02-Newark
EAC-02-85-5****, AVM last checked 6 days back, no update at that time.
Will listen AVM tonight. Any Q - will check later today.

On FP notice, priority date was mentioned 12/28/01 (which is my 485 RD), may be it\'s common. My actual PD is 04/24/00.
