Hi All,

I need info for New Jersey based Transworld consulting company. My wife transfer her H1 to this company. Before transfer they aggred to pay the salary whether on a project or not, now after transfer they say , they will pay only if you are on a project. What are the options if we want to fight legally? We just have their offer letter.

Any info will be helpful.

If you have written agreement you can complaintt to DOL/INS, so that they will not get new H1s hereafter. (even no agreement you can do so, but same time find out a new sponser)

Transworld was previously owned by Madras based BITS Firm recently sold it to different owner. Lack professionalism

Thanks for the info. H1 from old company is valid and we didn't inform them yet that she is leaving the company. So she can still work there.

Employer B filed H1 transfer and B does not seem to be good employer.
If she has Valid H1 of A( if employer A has not cancelled her H1 by writing to USCIS) then she CAN work with A till H1 validity and can also extend if eligible.
