Even if you convert from h4 to h1..
the total 6yr time limit applicable to h4 time+h1 time

Right??

yes that too, all H-types plus all L-types count towards 6 year limit.

Something is wrong.....

DOL website shows NY Regional is processing March 2004 but I checked on AVM, they are processing cases received on 3rd Feb 2004.

212-621-9330 for NY SESA AVM

Re: Regional Processiong

Well, you are partly correct they are processing cases received on 25th of Feb . But those are NON-IT cases.

For IT cases they are still on 3rd or 4th of Feb

Fill up the gaps

Re: Re: Regional Processiong

Why you saying there is differences between IT and none IT cases.

dvsap case (August 20, 2001) is a IT case and got processed already

I guess mike_inus is saying at Regional. mike_inus where are you getting your information from?

Labor certs MUST be processed by receipt date.

Re: Re: Re: Regional Processiong

I think you are confused.

I was reffering to NY Regional Cases not NY State cases.

Also dvsap case is received by NY Regional on 24th March and this is still pending with them.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Regional Processiong

Well, I took a random cases and did a research and here is my findings

IT cases with dot code of 030 takes more than a 35 days to get final approval

NON-IT cases where dot code is not 030, it takes only 8 to 15 days to get final approval.

I think there are different teams in NY Regional base on dot codes.

I could be wrong :)

I think whatever Mike said its correct. as per my research NY DOL is not doing process on receipt dates. still few May 01 labers are not moved to regional. but few Aug 01 and Sept 01 labers moved to Regional. they process labers depends on DOT Code.

sept01??
