Would you please share your time line ? I could not find it in the tracker, Also when did your case moved to regional : June or July ?

what is the current OFFICIAL status for LC processing in NY?

Somebody told me they were processing Sept. 2001 cases already, anybody can give me confirmation?

Nj - Mar 8th 2002
Lawyer recieved postcard that it moved to Regional - June 17th 2004
Recieved at Regional - July 15th 2004.

Hi Mike and other Gurus,
This information really helps. What i get out of it is
1.) There are processing case # 0250-61XX - being certified...or looked into.
2.) Confused that they are not processing in running order of case #? I was expecting the following cases to have some response other that RECVD.
So if my case # is lets say 0250-69xx, can i expect it to be done in next month or so?
Can someone explain me this?

Looks like DOT Code Number number with last digits 014 are processing faster than 010 number..
Just guessing

Question from NY Labor Department - Software Engineer(RIR)

Group

My information is in the tracker spread sheet. Labor filed in 10th Sep'01, RIR, Software Engineer with 11 years experience and Masters Degree.

I got a call and email from my attorney that NY DOL requested some information(Funny) like what is the need of a Software Engineer, why don't you get a resource from the US itself and asking company revenues and company unemployment insurance #, etc....... (I am working for one of the Major HealthCare company's Diagnostics Division and our company has divisions in all over the world)

My attorney and the HR working closely to get this information and copied me all communications and my attorney is going to send the response in a day or two but she has deadline until Aug 24th to respond back to DOL.

One more IT case with DOT code of 030.062-010 got NOF

Guys, I think there is some thing wrong with DOL cases DOT code of 030.062-010

Please see my previous message on page 146.
Most of the IT cases filed under DOT code of 030-062-010 (software engineer) are getting RIR Denied

Well, I think your application was filed under Software Engineer(under DOT code of 030.062-010)

Most of the IT cases filed under DOT code of 030.062-010 (software engineer) are getting RIR Denied OR NOF.

I am sorry to hear about that , but this looks like common procedure now by the DOL , hopefully it would be just a few paper-work to complete your case and then they will approve it after that, if they want to Rejected they would do that already, I have couple of questions if you do not mind :

1- When did your case get processed?
2- was that requested by the NY state office or the DOL office , and if it was required by the regional office when it get moved their ?

NY DOL is still processing Apr. 2004, so I think NY State sent this.

I will update as soon as hear from my attorney. She said will give 4 weeks time before call the DOL. The law firm is extremely good but lets hope for the best!

My case was processed on the 2nd week of July and my attorney got the letter dated 07/13/2004. But she received last week only.

2- was that requested by the NY state office or the DOL office , and if it was required by the regional office when it get moved their ?
Its from NY DOL State office

Thanks for all your information and concerns, we waited for almost 3 years, lets hang in for few more weeks(???) before we hear anything solid.
