just curious if AVM is always updatated if FP is sent
after 10/1 (as per other messages on the board)

Looks like bunch of guys in SF Bay Area got FP notices on Friday.
FP center is 250 Broadway St. San Francisco, CA - 94111(?)
 
How to delay finger printing after receiving FP notice from CSC

Is there a way to delay the fingerprinting after receivng the FP notice ? Can it be rescheduled for a later date at the applicant\'s convenience ?

For how long can FP be delayed before the 485 application is cancelled by INS ?

Does this rescheduling create any problems apart from the delays in the final approval of 485 ?

Receipt or notice date?

Look at the CSC backlog report and you will see second column title - "Currently Proceesing Cases With the Following Receipt Notice Dates". Do you know they refer to receipt or notice date?

Here is local link for summary as of 10/29/2001.

By now you know that FPs are sent based on ASC one comes under. Recently except SFO and San Jose every one else was getting FPs (upto those who mailed in July). The good news is in the past week SFO started picking up (one who mailed in July got FP). Still no good news for people from San Jose area.

To make FP tracking more effective can you please post your Location information?

How to check AVM for FP Notice ?

Please any one let me know how to check AVM for FP notices. Do I need to use 485 WAC number ?.
