Can you give more info. regarding how you resolved your NOF issue at Philly DOL. I am really worried about this. I haven\'t received the NOF mail yet. Hope I can get through this hurdle.

Philly DOL wanted some company info, which my company responded with and LC was issued within a week\'s time.

I hope this helps and good luck with ur LC.
 
Sent on 13th waiting

Sent passport for revalidation on 13th.
St.Louis received it on 14th.

Status-Still waiting for passport.

Bad news-

Bad news-dos are not opening any mail right now--all mail is held at a remote facility b.c. of anthrax and they have no idea when mail will be processed again
 
help me out here

I have got H1 Extention valid until 2004.

my VISA and I-94 expired in September this year.

can I go to Canada or Mexico to get H1B Multiple Entry stamp or should it be only sent to St.Louis as they were expired.

I already sent to st.louis but has a urgent plan to india.
I can withdraw my passport.
 
I already applied for my 485 about 4 months

so thought it would be a problem as I am a potential immigrant

How long does it take the get the passport back with out stamping. I am leaving on 16th, next friday. When should I fax them to send my passport back? Any suggestions
 
I would suggest dont wait beyond Wed, 11/7

Keep atleast 5-7 business days for a return.
Even I am leaving on Nov 21.
 
Passport Stamping for 7th year extension

Hi Guys,

Has anyone got passport stamping for 7th year extension. My lawyer has sent my passport to St.Louis for passport stamping,on OCT 12.Received by DOS on OCT 15.waiting ....

And is there any problem with Chennai consulate in getting H1 stamped after sep 11 attacks ???

Any help would be very much appreciated.
