I think they have exchanged the dates for RIR & Non RIR for NJ SESA.

Hi,
My case was filed on Dec 24, 2001.

Any new updates on if Dates moved from Nov 2001 to Dec 2001. Any1 have any idea how many months will it be stuck on Nov 2001. I hope not for over an year likle April 2001.

I called the DOL and insisted them to atleast gimme a specific date in the month of Nov 2001. They say they pic the case in random order for a month, not date wise.

FL DOL is so well organized they post the status of each and every case online.

I called the reception number for NJDOL and the person said, only employer or attorney can call at this number for status check.

There must be some thing going on in NJ DOL which held all approvals after November 17.

Guys please share your experence or information.

Hello Everybody,
I asked my employer to find out from lawyer if he knows any details about my Case (Filed on : Dec 10th, 2001, RIR). All lawyer has to say is, We dont get to hear anything before both SESA & Regional labour are cleared...


Guys, Does you lawyer say the same too...

It is possible and it happened in my company. They received DOL/RFE.
