New H1 Stamping required once back from india

Hi All,

My 7th yr extension has to be applied in between 22-25 sept 05 only ( iyr before labour) . I have immediate requirement to go to india during the same time . My stamped visa on my passport has expired though i have visa till sep 05 end.

I plan to file for premium processing and go to india. attend the marriage and then able to get the employer to send me the H1 and then get it stamped in india while coming back.

Issues i see right now is
: H1 ext should be approved.
: how to get immediate dates in us embassy in delhi.
: VISA SHOULD BE STAMPED for h1 and h4

Any suggestions/ideas/experience will be appreciated

Your data are not sufficient to give you proper solutions

When do your 6th yr H1 expire.? When did you apply your LC.? Give the dates?

----------------------------- your employer can apply for 7th year H1 extension now the lawyer has to write on cover letter and form I-129 the start date of 7th year H1 extension After 23 Sep 2005

----------------- not possible to get immediate dates , check the US embassy Delhi site how many days they take for Interview/visa. Bombay takes about 70 days
