hI,,.my labor is from Pennyslvania..but my office is in New Jersey..
I work at my client place which is in PA..and I have been working here for the last 2 years..but my office does not have any branch in PA..do u think this is a problem in CP inteview...

All my pay stubs do have PA address and i have filed the taxes for the state of PA..

please advise..

I feel there should not be a problem..even if a question is raised it can be answered ....since IT consulting services are nationwide,and hence the company used the location of last/present assignment for filing purposes.

You should be fine...actually legally i read somewhere that that is the correct process and it should not be filed where the consulting company is based.
But most companies dont do that because they dont know how long a consultant will stay in a locationon project.
Further i feel the I 140 process is more to see if you meet the qualifications set by labor dept and INS not to check where you are at present.
