New CSC I-140 TRACKER(only)

Thats great news. At least this tells us that they are still processing cases.

Anyone else on malkoc's list who still does not have an approval (before vtg's dates). I know that I am not approved yet (RD 3/1, ND 3/7, WAC 02-129-XXXXX).

Just heard from a friend that the INS apparently lost some papers around the March timeframe. I wonder if some of ours were in there:(

Since it took about 4 months for the INS to open your file, do you have any clues as to whether the LC substitution cases are taking longer than the normal ones?.
Any updates as to how long can it take for the ins to approve the case?.

got information from the lawyer that he has received the approval notice..
wishing all the best to the waiters...i am sure the approval will come soon for each of you..

My lawyer just told me that they have received the official approval notice for my I-140 petition.

It seems that CSC is making lots of progress on the EB2 cases now, so I sincerely wish and pray that all your cases will be approved in no time!!! Wish you all the very best.

Finally Approved!!

Checked AVM on Saturday and it said my case was approved on July 18th. I can't quite understand why there is so much discrepancy between NDs and ADs (people with 4/15 NDs were approved a week before me) but I am glad that this is over!.

My details:
RD: 3/1/02
ND: 3/7/02
AD: 7/18/02 (according to AVM, will confirm once lawyer receives papers)
WAC#: 02-129-XXXXX

Edit on 7/23/02: Lawyer has received approval on 7/22/02! Going for AOS now. Good luck and see you all in the 485 forum!

receipt notice delays?

my app was mailed out jun 18 by the lawyer, but he says that CSC has not yet sent the receipt notice - more than a month later. is this a typical delay?

EB-1 tracker

Folks,

We should start an EB-1 CSC tracker since there are 3 or 4 of us. My EB-1 OR petition is getting ready to be filed in the next 2 weeks by company lawyers.
 
EB1 moved up by 77 days

EB1 is finally moving.
on 8/30 they were processing cases with RD of 3/27/02
on 9/13 they were processing cases with RD of 6/14/02
It has moved up by 77 days! Way to go CSC.

I have filed I-485 concurrently. Any info on how it works? Do we still get EAD and AP while I-140 is in processing?
