New CSC I-140 TRACKER(only)

HELP

If EB-1 has moved to 6/14 that is good news! My company just filed my EB-1 OR

MD 09/13

I need advice for my situation

My wife's co filed EB-1 OR in VSC on 05/23
My co filed EB-1 OR in CSC on 09/13

Mine is behind by 110 days!

VSC is progressing much slower than CSC for EB-1 (02/20 vs. 06/14). CSC ahead by 115 days!

Any advice on where should we concurrently file I-485, is CSC better or VSC???

Unfortunately, we cannot file multiple 485

EB-1B(OR) Approved!!!

I got my case approved on Sep.20 and received the approval notice on Sep.25. Here is the case info:

Type: EB-1(b) --OR
No: WAC-02-181-51XXX
RD: 5/9/02
ND: 5/9/02
AD: 9/20/02

The INS officials in WAC seem to move quite fast now and wish everyone have a happy ending soon.

Guys, any idea what this means????

Further Slow Down in Processing at INS Likely Due to Annual Audit

As previously reported, INS has experienced delays in processing in recent months due to new procedures and enhanced security. Further delays are likely as INS offices around the country conduct their annual audit. As of September 23, 2002, general file movement will be restricted and delays are expected through October 8, 2002. Specific procedures among regional Service Centers vary.

According to AILA, the California Service Center (CSC) will continue to adjudicate cases and generate notices. Critical file movement, including premium processing and urgent cases, will be treated as exceptions to the general freeze. However, inquiries that require file movement will be delayed until the audit is over if they require file movement for a response or resolution.

The Vermont Service Center (VSC) has also ceased internal/external file movement. VSC will have the ability to move premium processing cases and expedites in extreme emergencies. Noting the exceptions above, approval and denial notices will not be issued throughout the audit. However, VSC will continue to issue RFEs (requests for additional evidence).

My company's immigration law firm sends a monthly update to all of us, and this information was contained in this month's update that I recieved today.

CSC Processing Date?

I wonder anyone knows which date CSC is exactly processing on those EB1 or EB2 cases? I noticed that all the centers might be doing audit for a couple of weeks in the past. According to CSC's routine, however, today they are supposed to post the processing time. My attorney told me a few days ago that the recent CSC processing dates are 'not accurate' since while the date shows June cases were being processed, cases of April from the attorney's office were still pending (I haven't checked with my attorney since).
Anyone has any new info?
