New CSC I-140 TRACKER(only)

I-140 Approved!!

Good news guys. there is a light at the end of the tunnel after all!
My I-140 got approved
Details:
EB2/RIR

RD: 3/1/2002
ND: 3/7/2002
AD: 6/14/2002

My lawyer got my approval notice on 6/18. (He faxed me a copy)

I am sure everybody else will soon follow suit.
I thank all of you deeply for keeping the discussion going.
Special thanks to malkoc for keeping the list of the people in March and updating it.
Guys, I work for a really small company. (3 people only). If I can get this approved, I think everybody should have no problem

No news from my end. My AVM still says the usual "case was received.. we will mail you as soon as a decision is reached... ".
So nothing new from my end :(
 
MRCoolz: Did your company reply RFE through your lawyer

Since my company did not like filing financial documents, I think eventaually I\'ll get RFE as well. I hired the lawyer and I am worried that finally my company still doesn\'t release the documents to my lawyer. IS it possible that the company send files directly to INS? Thanks.

I guess I should be pretty close then too. I am just not sure what the difference between the ND and RD is. The receipt date on the AVM is 3/7/02 (not sure if this is RD or ND). My lawyer told me that they filed on 03/01 and they got a receipt for filing the I-140 on 3/13. I would appreciate anyone who can help me with this info.

FYI, my WAC # is 02-129-XXXXX. Thanks.

My application was sent on 3/1 (which is supposed to be RD) but the INS opened the application on 3/7 (which is ND). Since my WAC# has the same date as yours, 02-129, you should learn about your application any time soon now.

Looks like EB3 progressed by 6 days. Do all these dates matter. My ND is 04/18 and I still hear the same blah blah on the AVM. Whats taking so long ?

ND 4/24, man, it is a really surprise. Looks like CSC has done a tremedous job in the past one month. It has advanced more than one month\'s cases in such a short time. hat off to CSC INS.
Wish all of you good luck and see you guys on 485 board. This board has been so helpful.
 
there\'re guys with ND 3/8 waiting even before me (3/22) ...

I guess it was just a luck on your side, if you\'re not EB3. I don\'t they made this much progress, actually no progress, because the latest processing time report shows 3/8 for EB2, meaning no progress since the last report.
