Time frame to get WAC in CSC EB3

Guys-
Does anyone know the timeframe it takes to get a WAC number in CSC-EB3?.

1-2 weeks

Normally you get the WAC # in a week\'s time, but 2 weeks max. Sometimes, the lawyers claim they\'ve already filed, but in reality it might be still sitting on their tables.

The processing time for EB3 is shown as 4/18/02, does that mean that the EB3 cases are just taking over a month to be certified?. This is ofcourse assuming no RFE\'s. Can anyone please confirm.

Glovia - my RD is 03/25/02 - again my case was also Substituted LC - EB3 - I have received RFE on 05/10/02 reg Employer\'s Financial Health. So my suggestion to you is to double check with your lawyer now and follow-up thro the INS# 949-831-8427 after 06/11/02.
