New CSC I-140 TRACKER(only)

Guys this seems to be a good thread for I-140. As noted previously in this thread, I-140 people do not seem to post a lot of messsages..
Any ways my info is:

It was a good news to see that CSC finally moved to 12/27. Hope it keeps up the speed. Ciaow and good luck to you all..
Also I would like to know if any one here works for a small company.. I would to have some discussions with him/her...

Not to sound pessimistic, I think those who filed in march, don\'t expect approval any time before July. Mine was filed on Dec 27th 2001 ( EB2-RIR). I work for a large company with no layoffs in the last year. Still no RFE or approval so far...Be patient.

I have applied under EB2. I think from the look of things it will go till August.. I-140 is extremely slow right now.. Lwt\'s hope for the best.

well,
just as I was getting frustrated, my 140 petition was approved yesterday. Surprisingly, the AVM of INS CSC has the approval message this morning. Will be probably 2-3 weeks before I get the actual notice. For those of who are interested, here is my info:

Filed: 12/27/01
RD: 1/3/02
Approval 4/4/02
WAC# WAC-02-072-xxxxx

How to check I140 status?

BTW, how do you check your 140 status via AVM? Do you have any email address to check the 140 just like LCA?

call 949-831-8427 either before 8AM or after 5:30PM (because you can never get the number between 8 and 5:30). Press 1, press 1, enter your WAC# ( enter WACxxxxxxxxxx ) . It gives details.
 
Congrats...and this is good news for us

it shows that EB2 is moving in CSC...and report out is correct..
they are actually processing cases for Dec end time frame...!

waiting and preps

hi !
i was wondering if anybody knows (or is doing) what preparations to do for I485 while waiting for I-140.
what about the medicals ? what all do we need to do and can we get the process started ?
anyone\'s lawyers mentioned something about this ? mind didn\'t at all....
 
Don\'t do medical just yet

It does take only couple of days to complete medical (expires in 6 months). Better make sure that you have proper birth certificate , marriage certificate etc.
