AVM still says INVALID/WRONG number

Hi,
My I-140 receipt no is WAC-02-130-50xxx . I have been trying to check status on INS California AVM but it always says that WAC-02-130-50xxx is INVALID. My Attorney is telling that to wait for 60-90 days before checking the status even on AVM. Any advise

The AVM says "it usually takes 30 to 60 days to process" which actually confirms the recent processing pace. According to the latest processing times posted by CSC, the I-140/EB2 advanced almost a month in 2 weeks (as in the previous one) to 1/25/02. If they keep their pace I may get a result in a month :)

I think AVM not update for WAC-02-130 upward

I have the same problem my I-140 filing receipt is WAC-02-130-50xxx. AVM still says INVALID number.

RD 01/04/2002, EB2, I-140 still waiting

I checked in AVM and with my Law office. I have not received anything from immigration office yet. I am wondering, did anybody get I-140 approved with January receipt date??.

Please post your views, atleast days passes fast. Those who got approvals for the month of Jan & Feb are not positing? Why. Please post your info.

this might be a reason

as some days back...there was a problem and many people are not able to post message without a validation..
