New CSC I-140 TRACKER(only)

Appplied CSC I-140 EB2 yesterday

Why is this forum so inactive..i mean Labour Cert forum in CA is very active, so if people get their labour, shouldn\'t they be here....or is there any other forum for CSC I-140 waiters..

I also have the same question? It seems most of the participants are either at LCA stage or at 495/CP stage.
 
Processing Dates

Did any one got the fresh dates (03/31)of processing for I-140 in CSC. In 15 days they are clearing around 37 days, so if they continue same pace, March I-140 cases should be cleared by this April 15. What do you think?

On 02/15 they were processing 11/08 cases
   03/01 12/13
   03/15 01/18
Now see your self. I guess on 04/01 it will be 02/24 or one less.

funny in my previous attempt at GC i was stuck in EB3 looking at a PD
2 years backlogged..

Someone told me that they process the applications in cycle and the I140 EB2 application processing cycle has just begun. Way to go CSC!

I-140 C E1- 3
I-140 D E2 - 1
I-140 E E - 3

In Which section EB3 comes, I am thinking it falls under I-140 E E - 3 category. Is this correct?
 
EB2 finally moved!!!

Finally, EB2 is moving from 11/16/01 to 12/27/01. It took two months to make this move. Hopefully it will keep this momentum, then EB2 can squeeze its waiting time like other categories.
 
Time from filing till receiving Receipt Notice

Could someone tell me how long, approximately, does it take from filing I-140 till getting receipt notice from INS?
 
about a week...going by my case..!

mine was mailed on 27th March
got receipt on 2nd Apr

Nice to see you here again. You mentioned on Labor Certification board you would have trouble on LCA, then you dispear. :)
Looks like you already got LCA approved. Congratulation. When did you file I-140? Is your case EB2?

Thank you so much luckstar. We also thought our LCA would take much longer, so I pretty much just quit checking :) I just got approval on my LCA a couple of days ago. It is going to take a while for my company to prepare my I-140 petition before filing. When was your I-140 filed.
