NEED HELP WITH MY N-400. Please - Thank you

:confused::)Hello guys,

Im new to this forum and im very happy i found this forum, im looking for some advice.

Im a green card holder for 5 years, im preparing my N-400 application and i find a little problem answering questions 16, 17, and 18.

I got a reckless driving ticket (VTL 1212 UM) on 07/17/2007
I went to court on 09/20/2007 I pled guilty and they lowered charges and charged me with (PG AC 16-118 ) Littering prohibited a had to pay a fine of $100.
I have the certificate of disposition with me
I also have a traffic ticket from 09/11/2007 for dissobeyed traffic device. the fine was $40 and 2 points. (i paid the fine and took a accident prevention course). I have not been cited ever since:)
No tickets or any kind of trouble.

My question is:
would i be denied US Citizenship for having 2 incidents in the past??
Should i send my application??
If my N-400 application gets denied, would it affect me in any way?


Any advice is highly appreciated, I really want to sen my application as soon as possible.

USCIS has lot other things to do besides denying your citizenship for such petty reasons. Don't worry at all you'd be just fine.

I agree with all previous responses. Your application will not be denied for a couple of minor tickets.

Do NOT worry. Just apply. No second thought. I have one co-worker, he had DUI and arrest case. Yes, he mentioned in N-400 and was approved.
Apply man! Yes, speak truth and mentioned your cases in N-400. It will not be a problem if those were settled and you paid your fines.

So im answering YES to questions 16, 17 and 18. And in the table below im writing

Why where you arrested, cited, date where Outcome or disposition of the arrest, citation
detained or charged?? *********** *********** ******* detention, or charge.

RECKLESS DRIVING *********** 07/17/2007 ********** NYC USA ****** GUILTY OF LITERING, FINE PAID.

DISOBEYED TRAFFIC DEVICE *********** 09/11/2007 *********** NYC USA ******* FINE PAID (i got two points, should i I write that too??)


Once again guys thank you for your help.
I was afraid of them denying my application due to "Lack of good moral character". But now im confident an im sending it next week. :)
