Need help with my Citizenship case

Can I re apply a new N-400 by paying the USD 685. Now I have 1200 days of physical presence with no trip more than 6 months and since Sept 2007 staying at the same address with only one short trip of 4 weeks to India.
 
Thank you. Last time I finished my finger prints in Mar 2010. I just checked in this site that finger prints are valid for 15 months. Is that true?
Anyway I will re start the wheel again some time this week

If you reapply, you must do fingerprints again regardless of how long ago or how recent the last fingerprinting was.
 
I am applying my N-400 again. I have a question. Is it ok if I give India address for 2006 Jan to 2007 Aug. During that time I was travelling in between USA and India for every 2 to 3 months. My DL and all the bank accounts are having the address of my brother.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
