scannin results since last week

I think they may be clearing the backlogs./..

from what I understand, for the last two months, they are approving more of EB1, EB2 , regular and CP processing more than EB3 regular/CP ... I think there less number of people in those categories, and thats why we see more of these approvals in our tracker and more of these approvals spread across, sept/oct/nov and so on. I may be wrong !!

One Sept 24th case got approved on March 15, 2004 and One case got RFE yesterday.

So they are working in Sept 24th Cases also.

I need a miracle to get my approval before end of this month, when my 6 years exire.

Yes, Mine is Labor Substitution. I did not go for 7th year Extension. Reason is my client's lawyer says it is not needed. I know, I am taking a risk, but no option. I tried to convince them, but they follow what their lawyer says. That Lawyer is the Dumbest fellow, I ever met in these six years.:mad: :mad:

Another thing is I am fed up with all these things and if some thing goes wrong, I am planning to go back to India happily. I lost peace for almost three years now with all these stupid processings. :eek: :eek:

I think you have EAD , right ? then no problem..

If not, I don't know how to say but, it is a very big mistake you are doing by not requesting for 7th year extension and no EAD.. The reason being, my case is Aug 28th and still not approved, and your is almost a month after mine, so my guess is yours will take atleast 15 days after my approval. you never know, I mean may be yours you will be approved even today or tomorrow by the way BCIS is currently working, but waiting till the end of this month for I-140 is a gamble. Also, you know there are RFE's going on. I hope for the approval to you and me ASAP..

Yes, I do have EAD and I know that it is a great risk that I am not going for 7th year extension. I have to change the Employer using AC21 and the employer's attorney does not know basics of Immigration. I don't know how these fellow got his degree and working as "immigration" Attorney.

Bottom line is I am not interested in staying here also. I am ready to go back to my country. So I am listening whatever this dumb fellow says.

Knowingly I am going to do two stupid things.

1. Going to change Employer before I-140 approval.
2. Not going for 7th year extension.

If I don't get my approval (only Approval, not RFE) before this month end (which is almost impossible), I will be packing my bag and keep it ready.

I think I am helping some folks here by sharing my experience , but I am not able to help myself.

Hope for the best. When things are not under our control, this attitude is the best.

One of my friend did the same thing an year ago - changed the employer before the 140 gets approved. Later he got his approval without any RFE, followed by 485 approval (even without any need of AC21). He was very lucky when he went to the local office for 485 stamping in the passport, he was asked, if he was with the same employer. This guy was about to say no, but somehow he said yes, and his passport was stamped without any further questions.
