This is SOP. Your case is sent to NBC after being initially processed by regional service center.

Anyone else mailed their n-400 application to Dallas,TX, then had it forwarded to the NBC in Lee's Summit, MO? Also what is the 1-800 number to inquire about further case issues? P.S I am a new applicant and could use any input. Thanks
You mail it to a Lockbox which is a contractor who accepts and open the mail, does data entry and cashed the check. They send it to NBC in Missouri for preparation before sending to local office.
