hi everyone,
this is such a simple question yet i found myself spending 3h with uscis customer service and no one really knew the answer.
the N-400 was filed to missouri and the interview was held in 26 federal plaza in NYC.
on the denial they indicated i can file the n-336 and request a hearing. the document i send (along with a $650 check) should be filed to: "... the interim district director services, with citizenship and immigration services office which made the decision..".
i have compiled all the paper work and am ready to send it.
where should i send it to? 26 federal plaza?
on the uscis.gov website. this location does not process N-336.
i assume i should send it to the NY address - i just want to make sure that this is the right one, as i can file for the N-336 within 30 calendar days of the decision was made, and cannot afford to have the paperwork returned to me.
thank you for your help.
