I was married previously but it was annulled. Now I am married and going to apply for citizenship after being LPR for 5 yrs. My big fear is -
1)Is being married and annulled previously, that also in Vegas, a sign of bad moral character.
2)I do not know what the visa status was for the guy who i had married before because it was an arranged marriage. Will Not being able to provide information on visa status under all previous marriages section of N-400 have any negative impact on my citizenship interview and possible denial? Since i do not know have that info, does it mean I am misrepresenting by not providing complete information. Is that a strong reason for denial?
3)What kind of questions can be asked related to annulled marriages in citizenship interview that i should be prepared on?

Please guide.

Being a marriage annulled is not a GMC issue.
Disclose the marriage and take the annulment papers with you to the interview.
Just be honest and tell em that you are not aware of the legal status of other party.

No effect on GMC determination.

Write N/A on application. if you don't know it, you don't know it..simple as that. USCIS will not deny you based on not knowing immigration status of ex spouse.

Be prepared to show official annullement papers at interview.

thanks

Thanks a lot for your valuable guidance. One more question. Can i check the option to change my last name legally in N400 based on my current Indian marriage certificate or should I go to a local US court to change it before applying for the citizenship.

You can request name change as part of naturalization process. No need to change name before you apply.

I am a Sheik from Dubai and I have 7 other wives ( 3 legal and 4 concubines) aside form my current wife. This is not a problem at all. I hereby loudly challenge anyone to stop me from becoming USC while I am a husband of 8 wives.
I would recommend though moving to Utah , just in case...
