My little sister was 13 at the time and did interviews, got blood drawn, received her SSN etc. all the works within three months. I was 19, and nada. My question is, am I in an entirely different category that requires a longer wait or am I in the same box as her? 'cause I'm hearing from different people that "yes, it cuts off at 17" or "no, you're under 21." Do any of you guys have an idea? :(

Thank you!

do you expect us to read your mind? we can't just assume things. we need background info on your situation in order to competently answer questions.

Err <_< I was under the impression that these things were pretty clear-cut. Undocumented 19-year-old petitioned by father who married a citizen? Should I add I'm from the Philippines as well? My measurements? Sorry, I don't know what to say without being too compromising. I came here in hopes of getting some general idea but at this rate I suppose I'm better off asking an actual lawyer. Thanks anyway.
