moving back to Canada-things to consider?

I am moving back to Canada after my TN expires in a few months. I will have been in California for only one year. Any important loose ends I need to tie up here before I leave...loose ends that are most often overlooked?

You need to fins a US broker that will handle any pension you have accumulated BEFORE you leave.

You needto make sure you collect any money you've earned before establishing Cdn residence.

You have to decide whether to leave your pension as is or turn into a Roth
