Minor Siblings (My parents I-130 approved)

Hello everyone,
I have applied for my parents (I-130) and that has been approved last week, and now waiting for NVC’s letter. I have 3 minor siblings (under 21 years old) who are living with my parents at Bangladesh. When I was searching for some information from the web I had found parents cannot bring their minor child with them. I was wondering is here any person who has real experience who can give me correct answer (like if your parents come here through US citizen parent category and brought your minor sibling with them).
I am expecting real experience person or expert immigration lawyer advice. Thank you so much for your time.

Here I want to add one information: on DS230 (DS260) there field 31a, “person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States Now”. If I add my minor siblings (my parents under 21 years’ children) then will they eligible for visa, if not then what I suppose to fill out at 31a field?

If you sponsor your parent, it is true that their other children cannot join them as derivative immigrants.

But if your parent were sponsored by their sibling (i.e. your aunt or uncle) or their employer, they would be allowed to add their under-21 children as derivatives.

So unless your other siblings are old enough to take care of themselves, or will be taken care of by another relative, it may be better to postpone your parent's immigration for a few years.

Your siblings do not qualify to immigrate with your parents if they are coming under your sponsorship. One option is for one parent to immigrate and file for minor children and become self sufficient and sponsor the siblings and you (or they) time the filing for the other parent so that the remaining can immigrate together.

You just declaring that they will all come together has no effect on the process.

Since this is a very basic question, you should consider using an attorney or advocacy group to assist with your future filings.

Thank you Concerned4us and Jackolantern for your information and advice. I have read same advice from this and other forums. But I was wondering is there any people who tried same as me and failed or success to bring their minor siblings. I appreciate your help.
Any one have any idea or experince in DS230 (DS260)'s 31a field, in this case?

You are just missing the point. NO Immediate Relative Petition includes any derivatives and never has.

Only "preference" visa categories (with the long wait times) allow for derivatives. Once one of your parents becomes an LPR (s)he can file for their spouse and minor children on one I-130 but then they have wait for the priority date to become current before the kids get too old or hope that the kids are protected by CSPA to keep from aging-out.

BigJoe5, I saw that point before, thats why I am looking for the person who really applied for his parents. If you see DS230 form there is a field 31a. “person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States Now”. since that option available than is there any way NVC consider minors or not?

That field exists in the DS230 since some categories of immigrant visa allow for derivative beneficiaries. Your parents' category, however, does not.
