Good news - officialy they moved forward, and now MI SESA is processing RIR, June 2001.

MY RIR RDt is 01/29/02. My lawyer says SESA is currently processing RIR applications filed in October 2001. But DOL website http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp Aug 2001.

Any idea ?????

New processing times

Hi all,
The new processing time from http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp shows Permenent Regular labor as July 2002 and RIR as Sept 2001, is this a typo or what ? That will be good news for those on regular. Can I call them? If yes what is their phone number? Thanks
